Made from Montepulciano grapes harvested at the end of October, with a yield of about 70 quintals per hectare.

It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and macerates on the skins for 28 days. It then matures in French oak tonneaux for 14 months before resting in the bottle for another 8 months.
